Election of office bearers will take place along with a summary of the 2025-26 Year. If you can assist in any way, please don't be shy to step forward and join the Committee.

Annual General Meeting


30th July, 2026. 7pm Start time at Clubrooms

Committee positions are up for nomination and election.

All current members are encouraged to attend. Committee positions are up for nomination and election as follows;


• President

• Immediate Past President

• Senior Vice President

• Junior Vice President

• Secretary

• Treasurer

• Fish Recorder

• Publicity Officer

• Safety Officer

• Membership Officer

• GFAV Delegate

• Floor members


Nominations of candidates for election as officers of the club or as ordinary members of the committee are to be made in writing, signed by two members of the Club and accompanied by the written consent of the candidate (which may be endorsed on the form of nomination) and shall be delivered to the current Secretary of the Club not less than 7 days before the Annual General meeting.
